IOS 10 is giving me headache, as I cannot connect my iPhone 5S to iTunes and cannot synch to my music library. I'm also thinking to reset my iPhone 5S to factory settings, hoping it would return to previous iOS 9.

My windows and now there is no option for me to turn back to Windows 7 if I wish to as I formatted on windows 10 which is ok for me, but the problem here lies is that am trying to install ITunes and google Chrome which is not getting installed.
